CANCELLATION
Cancellations charge are not levied by RITOUR will be charge with condition :
1. Cancellation one week before arrival will be charge 50%.
2. In last minute will be charge 75%.
3. No show will be charge full payment.
If charged, these will be debited to you.

PAYMENTS
Payment 50% must be received at booking or confirmation. And full payment will be received one week before arrival. their by telegraphic transfer or by bank draft to :

Failure to comply with this condition may-result in cancellation of all reservations, except for those companies with whom special arrangements have been made.

COMMISSIONABLE
All the price package tour are nett and confidential agents tariff ( no commission ).

VOUCHER/EXCHANGE ORDERS
Please issue one voucher for all services required, clearly explaining services to be provided. An itinerary (copy) should also be forwarded with the vouchers and only those services detailed will be provided. Copies of both vouchers and itinerary must be received before arrival of client.
Please address your voucher /exchange orders to RITOUR head office, Palembang with a complete address as mentioned.

TAXES
Airport taxes are not included in our quotation unless requested.

EXCHANGE RATES
All rates quoted in this tariff are in US dollar and the local currencies of the countries concerned unless otherwise stated.

STANDARDS OF SERVICES
RITOUR guarantees to provide the highest standards of services within the limitations of the destinations involved.

TOUR LEADERS
Services are provided free of charge for one tour leader with every 15 full paying passengers. This arrangement is complimentary apart from meals and is limited to a maximum of 4 tour leaders per group.

CHILDREN’S RATES

For transportation services, the following rates apply:
· Under 2 years services free of charge.
· 2-12 years services 50 % of full rates.
· Over 12 years services at full tariff rate.

Rates for hotel accommodation and meals are subject to the tariff of the respective hotels and are subject to change with or without prior notice.

LIABILITY
Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested services, RITOUR acts only as agent for transportation company, hotels, car operations and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, change of schedules, or order irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control. RITOUR also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.

TRANSFERS
Transfer rates include: Meeting and greeting services, escorted by English Speaking Guide. Assistance with arrival and departure procedures at airport, stations, ports and/or hotels. Porterage fees during transfers operations at airports, railway stations, sea port and hotels. Transportation by air conditioned cars and coaches unless otherwise indicated, reconfirmation of travel reservations.

TOURS
Tours rate include : Transportation as indicate in the programs, accompanied by English speaking guide. Guides speaking other languages are available upon request and at additional cost. Admission fees, meals included when indicated in the programs.

ACCOMMODATION
HOTELS/OUTDOOR CAMP

Hotel accommodation is based on twin sharing in air-conditioned, twinbedded rooms, with private bath or shower unless otherwise indicated, single room supplements indicated.

In certain tours Outdoor Camp is provided, personal equipment are not available.

TRANSPORTATION
The very best available transportation used, RITOUR utilizes coaches and cars owned by its operating and/or associate companies.

RESPONSIBILITY
RITOUR and/or their agents Act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motorcar, motorcoach, boat or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default or any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be done by the passenger as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.

The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure in which case full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger.

No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour unless arrangements are made prior to departure.

The right is reserved to decline, to accept or to retain any person as a member of any tour.

Baggage is at owner’s risk entirely. The issuance and acceptance of voucher or ticket shall be concent to the above conditions.

RITOUR reserves the right to alter or modify any tour if air schedules or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alterations necessary.
